I have been doing fairly well on my diet - I've lost 12 pounds in 4 days! I am very pleased about that - I've had to take my trouser belt in by two notches! Trouble is I'll have to buy a new wardrobe of clothes... This is all without doing too much exercise - it's a bit difficult for me at present - I have slight arthritis in my back and also cartilage problems with both knees.
